He Mei Pet Hospital in Chongqing, China is approved by the National Animal Husbandry Bureau and the Agricultural Bureau. Divisions of the hospital include: surgery, internal medicine, ultrasound room, X-ray room, laboratory and pharmacy. We have the most advanced, high quality medical equipment available, including animal special color ultrasound, high frequency X-ray machine, CBC, biochemistry analyzer, animal special inhalation anesthetic machine and animal urinalysis instrument.

重庆和美宠物医院的医护人员均是动物医学相关专业毕业，有丰富临床的经验的。程院长是毕业于中国农业大学，师从“外科第一刀”潘庆山教授和“影像学专家”谢富强教授。在德国留学期间，程院长在欧洲兽医高级学院校长汉斯教授的教学医院学习心脏彩超和腹部超声诊断学。程院长还接受了欧洲兽医高级学院的研究生课程系列课程：猫科内外科、高级超声学、影像学、内科及皮肤病学等。
欧洲兽医高级学院为了促进超声诊断在小动物临床的应用，2012年10月欧洲兽医学院增援了全球顶级的动物专用彩色超声仪器于重庆和美宠物医院，用于教学和临床使用。
The medical team members of He Mei are all graduates of Veterinary Medicine and have considerable clinical experience. Dr. Cheng is the CEO of He Mei. She graduated from China Agriculture University and studied under Professor Pan Qingshan, who was named “First Knife of Surgery”. She also studied under Professor Xie Puqiong who was named “Expert of Imaging”.
Dr. Cheng has also studied at Professor Koch Hans’ Teaching Hospital in Germany, where she learned cardiology and abdominal ultrasound diagnosis. She also has extensive post graduate training in modern small animal veterinary medicine by ESAVS study programs, such as feline medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, internal medicine, dermatology, etc.
To improve the skill of using ultrasound, Professor Koch has provided He Mei Hospital with a high quality ultrasound machine. Professor Koch is the headmaster of the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS).
